WeeDrive uses "cookies" and other tracking technologies (collectively, "Tracking Technologies") on WeeDrive's websites, apps, email communications, and other online services (collectively, "Online Properties"). These are used to enable, enhance, personalize and analyze use of WeeDrive's service ("Service") and Online Properties.
This Cookie Notice applies to WeeDrive's mobility platform, which provides minibus transportation service for children and teenagers.
This Notice describes the Tracking Technologies that we and our partners use, how we use them, and your choices regarding such Tracking Technologies. For more information regarding WeeDrive's collections and uses of personal data, please see our User Privacy Notice.
We use the following Tracking Technologies for the purposes described in this Notice:
"Cookies" are small text files that are placed and stored on your browser when you visit a website, or on your device when you use an app. They may be created and placed by either the website or app you are visiting (in which case they are referred to as "first party" cookies). We use both "session cookies," which expire when you close your browser, and "persistent cookies," which expire after a set period of time (even if you close your browser).
"Pixel tags" (also called beacons) are small blocks of code placed on webpages, apps, emails that enable us to identify users when providing our Service and track interactions with our Online Properties.
"Software Development Kits" (also called SDKs) are blocks of code that are functionally similar to cookies and pixel tags, except for mobile apps. SDKs allow their developers to collect information about the device and network you use to access our apps, and about your interaction with our apps.
"Local storage" refers to files that are created by apps or websites, and stored on your device or browser. Such files function similarly to cookies.
The following table describes the categories of Tracking Technologies (including cookies, pixel tags, SDKs, and local storage files) that are placed on the Online Properties, the purposes for which they are used, and whether placed by WeeDrive.
The list of parties that serve these Tracking Technologies is subject to change, and may not be exhaustive. In addition, the Tracking Technologies used, and the parties that serve them, may vary depending on jurisdiction, and across the Online Properties.
Except as relates to Strictly Necessary Tracking Technologies, you can control how we use the below Tracking Technologies as described in the "Your choices" section of this Notice.
You can control how WeeDrive uses non-essential Tracking Technologies on our Online Properties as follows:
Depending on your location, you may be presented with a "cookie banner" when you visit our websites that disclose our use of Tracking Technologies, and enable you to accept or reject non-essential Tracking Technologies. Please note that declining non-essential Tracking Technologies may limit the availability and functionality of our Service.
Your browser may allow you to decline cookies. To do so, please follow the instructions provided by your browser (which are usually located within the "Help" or "Preferences" menu).
You may choose how we use Tracking Technologies on your mobile device using the choices offered by your device's operating system.
WeeDrive provides an 'App Privacy' statement located within the iOS App Store that describes how WeeDrive may, with your permission, track your activities on other companies' apps, websites or offline properties for purposes of measurement. If you grant WeeDrive permission to "Allow Tracking," via iOS, WeeDrive will be permitted to track your activities as described in the App Privacy Statement. To modify this setting on your iOS device, visit the Settings/Privacy/Tracking and use the toggles associated with WeeDrive's apps.
For Android mobile devices, WeeDrive provides a 'Data Safety' statement located within the Google Play Store that includes data shared, data collected and safety practices. You can find the WeeDrive Rides Android App Data Safety Notice here.
